Non-discrimination Policy

Sovereign Grace African Foundation does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in selection of vendors, partnerships, and provision of services.

Our resources are available to all, and no one will be excluded. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all whom we serve.

Discriminatory Harassment

Harassment or intimidation of a client, staff person, or guest because of that person’s race, age, color, sex, national origin, physical or mental disability, is specifically prohibited and may be grounds for termination.

Workforce harassment of women or sexual pressure in hiring, promotion, and job security will be dealt with immediately and fairly upon investigation. It is grounds for immediate termination upon substantiation.

Harassment and intimidation includes abusive, foul or threatening language or behavior. Sovereign Grace African Foundation is committed to maintaining a workplace that is free of any such harassment and will not tolerate sexual or financial coercion [bribe] against any of our students, staff members, volunteers or agency clients.

Issues of discriminatory treatment, harassment, or intimidation on any of these bases should immediately be reported to the Executive Director or immediate supervisor and, if substantiated, prompt action will be taken.
