Heshimu K. Colar

Heshimu is an American Missionary working in Sub Sahara Africa. He served as a pastor in California for nearly two decades; with over 15yrs experience in youth counseling and teaching.

He's lived and worked in Nigeria since 2018, doing the work of an evangelist, author, and assisting the community with resources.

Heshimu graduated from San Jose State University, CA USA, majoring in African American Studies. He was a two-time All American football player, and then played professionally for the NFL and CFL. Heshimu's passion is spreading the gospel, advocating for peace, justice, and promoting economic self sufficiency.

He oversees a Sovereign Grace African Fellowship, a missionary organization, working with churches, individuals and other organisations to spread the gospel, plant churches, train, and equip leaders. He's travelled throughout Northern and Southern Nigeria, ministering to spiritual and physical needs in orphanages, schools, churches, and other missionary organizations.

Sovereign Grace African Foundation (SGAF) was established as a tangible way to help Muslims, churches, schools, and those with obvious needs who are willing to be helped under the principles of grace, hard work, and integrity. Heshimu is a Trustee of SGAF.

He is also the author of two books, “Five smooth Stones” and “Sermon North and South: Messages to Nigeria and the World”. Both books were published in Nigeria.

 

Adaeze Vienney Oputah

Adaeze has over 20 years of accomplished experience in both Government agencies - Petroleum (Special) Trust Fund, Debt Management Office (DMO) and Non Profit organizations.

She served as the Principal Secretary to the President, Nigeria Red Cross Society, as Executive Secretary at Rochas Foundation International and as Regional Ambassador at Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN Africa, 700club).

Adaeze is a Nigerian, has Bachelor degree in Accounting with further Graduate studies in Management and Management information system.

Her work with non profit organisation has taken her round the country, identifying with the needs and vulnerabilities of desperately poor people , underaged children forced into child marriage and communities traumatized by poverty; with the aim of providing them much needed help.

Presently, she serves on the Board of Sovereign Grace African Foundation and also as the Executive Director; poised at reaching Sub Sahara Africa with the Gospel of God’s Grace whilst ministering to their physical needs.
